31ST ANNUAL GALA
Design for the 2014 Gala included the challenge of interpreting and expanding on the university’s recent rebrand. Multiple concepts were presented, and the selected design featured a palette of vivid colors, antiqued textures and bold geometric patterns. Translucency and color overlay create a sense of interactivity in the compositions and was playfully reproduced with stage lighting at the event.
30TH ANNIVERSARY GALA
A marine-inspired aesthetic of colors and shapes captured the anniversary theme of “the pearl.” Each piece in the system features a unique illustration—creating an abstracted, organic, underwater world. Artwork was paired with classical typography and restrained composition to create an elegant brand for the event.
